The marketing team at Lumenis recognised that current clients could become mentors and influencers to early adopters of their products or procedures. Our team worked with the Lumenis marketing team to develop a platform and it was named LINK.
We proposed a facility which would enable registered users to access content and communicate with oneanother on procedures and products, creating a community of organic content.
The Brand
The system was named LINK and was developed as a vehicle to house content ranging from videos, procedural documents and product catalogues.

Technology Delivered
The technical solution was an online platform with Android and Apple iOS companion Apps. This would allow the internal team the facility to push content immediately to registered users.
The system also generated peer to peer communication through a leadership mentor structure. Each user is assigned a mentor and can message each other and seek advice.
The organic self generated community enhances the user journey and creates engagement between users.

Delivering the Strategy
In addition to developing the platform to support the campaign we also created a strategy for deployment and awareness.
A key element of this was identifying early adopters and establishing advocates who would become leaders who could become mentors.
The mentors grow their profile within the industry and with this in place and a strong campaign the platform self services itself and organically grows awareness of the brand and products.
